Vince serves as the Managing Director at Gobi Partners, based in Malaysia.

He boasts an extensive career spanning over 15 years, encompassing roles in consulting, investment banking, and investments. Before joining Gobi, Vince held a significant role within the Investment Banking team at Hong Leong Investment Bank (HLIB), where his responsibilities included overseeing IPOs, M&As, and equity and debt transactions. Preceding his tenure at HLIB, Vince contributed his expertise at PwC, where he guided corporate finance transactions for a diverse range of clients including private equity funds, corporations, and sovereign wealth funds throughout Southeast Asia. His involvement covered various sectors such as infrastructure, oil & gas, plantations, healthcare, financial services, REITs, property, and technology.

Throughout his tenure at Gobi, Vince has achieved multiple successful cash exits, spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing portfolio value, and made strategic investments in early and growth-stage companies across the technology, consumer, financial, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, he played an integral role in establishing several Southeast Asia-focused funds.

Vince holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
