Suryono has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry mainly as an Investment Banker and currently advising Gobi’s expansion initiatives into the Middle East and SEA regions.

He was previously the CEO of CIMB Middle East based in the Kingdom of Bahrain for nine years. Prior to that, he was responsible for developing CIMB Islamic Investment Banking and Asset Management businesses in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Brunei Darussalam.

Suryono has also spent some years of his career in the utility and agriculture industries advising companies on their business development strategies.
