Shaw Soo Wei, a Partner and Chairperson for the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee, joined Gobi Partners in 2011. Ms Shaw leads the policy, strategy and partnership development to advance Gobi’s ESG performance and oversees the integration of Gobi’s ESG policy. She is an investment committee member for the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) in Malaysia and co-founded the Asia Gender-Smart Investment Forum with UNWomen.

She holds an MFA from the University of Oxford and the Advanced Certification in Sustainability and Sustainable Businesses from the United Nations Global Compact.
