Minh leads Gobi's operations in Vietnam and is an entrepreneur at heart, having invested in or co-founded multiple businesses, such as Rever.vn, a PropTech firm in Vietnam. Additionally, Minh played a pivotal role in establishing the technology investment initiatives at Vinfast, Vietnam's EV car manufacturer under the Vingroup conglomerate. He also served as the country head for FinAccel, introducing Kredivo to the Vietnamese market.

Before embarking on his career in Vietnam, Minh spent over five years in management consulting at BCG and in project finance and transactions at EY in Europe. He gained his initial exposure to venture capital at Total Energy Ventures, the corporate VC division of French oil giant Total.

Minh holds a degree in Applied Maths & Economics from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and pursued further studies in Finance and Private Equity at the London School of Economics.
