INVESTMENT STAGES

The fund exclusively concentrates on mid to growth-stage companies. It extends investment opportunities to Malaysian companies or foreign entities with a minimum pre-money valuation of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Million (RM50,000,000).

GEOGRAPHICAL FOCUS

Investments are targeted towards Malaysian companies or foreign-owned companies operating directly and indirectly in Malaysia.

ECONOMIC IMPACT

Companies seeking investment must be actively involved in business operations in Malaysia or have well-defined plans to establish a substantial presence in the country. Expected to generate economic benefits for Malaysia in both the immediate and long term. Companies must align with at least one of the six identified strategic themes of the fund.

GEMS SUBMISSION FORM

Gobi Partners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted that do not meet the specified criteria outlined for funding. The criteria for fund eligibility include but are not limited to alignment with the Fund's strategic themes, adherence to regulatory requirements, and compliance with ethical standards. By submitting a proposal, the proposer acknowledges and agrees that rejection may occur if the proposal does not satisfy the stipulated criteria. Gobi Partners shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the rejection of proposals deemed unsuitable or non-compliant with the fund's requirements.
